if you're anything like us, staying on track during an incredibly busy week can feel overwhelming. our lifestyle menu was created to provide high protein, quick, easy-to-grab options to keep you healthy, satisfied and nourished throughout the week.
our lifestyle menu is available for pickup only on friday each week.
orders must be made by wednesday at noon for friday pickup.
orders placed after that time will be available for pickup the following friday.

pickup is at 278 Southland Dr Suite 150, Lexington, KY 40503 - we are located in the back room (you'll see the table sign), and your bags will each be labeled with your last name & stored in the fridges and/or freezers.
